I have been asked to create a Non-Technical document in the form of a user guide explaining how to use Facebook for the sales staff at Real Solution.
What is Facebook?
Facebook is a social app. That is used to communicate with family, co-worker and friends. By adding them to your friends list you can see their posts, comments and message. There are games, events that you can join and get special offers on the latest deals. Facebook is a place for people to connect and meet. Also, it can be used on a wide number of devices that are connected to the internet meaning that you won’t miss out on the action.
What is Facebook used for?
- It can be used to send pictures.
- Send emails for work .
- Send links for video, pictures, sites and more.
- Watch or send videos.
- Link to the news.
- Message other people and create groups.
- Play games and live stream them to your friends.
Who uses Facebook?
- Facebook is a friendly site so anyone can use it if they have access to the internet.
- Employers can use it to send important documents to their boss.
- Friends can use it to send messages and videos and compete in games .
- Shops or starting up businesses use it for advertisement and for offers or deals.

Advantages of Facebook
Facebook has many advantages such as:
- Facebook is free and is easy to access .
- You can use Facebook on multiple devices.
- You can access it on your phone or tablet because of this you will be able to walk around hassle free.
- All your data is saved on the cloud meaning if your device was destroyed you will still be able to retrieve it back.
- You are able to talk really long distances.
Disadvantages of Facebook
Some of the disadvantages of Facebook is:
- If your Wi-Fi is connected properly your messages won’t send
- You could get your identity stolen and they could be using your account
- You could get cyber bullied
- You could be stalked because of the information you give out
- You could get addicted this is bad for your health

How to create an account?
When you first go into the app there is a section underneath username and password once you fill in your personal information click create account then remember your email and password so you can log in again.

- When you first login you go into Facebook
- Click on you profile at the left-hand side of your settings
- Then the first thing that should appear in the middle of your screen
Conclusion
- In conclusion I think that Facebook has a lot of advantage and disadvantage of an example when you use Facebook you are connected online cloud this means your data and information will be backed up on the cloud this means when you login on a different your messages, pictures and personal information on the previous device is transferred and you can pick up where you left off
- However Facebook also has disadvantages for example cyber bullying is where you are sending unwanted or threatening messages to bully someone online this
